qualification requirements for all positions: (i) Bachelor’s
degree in Communication, Public Administration, Economics,
Community Development, Computer Studies or fields related
to the position, (ii) 1-2 years direct exposure in foreign-assisted
projects for associate/assistant position, and (iii)
computer proficiency
